Our vertical press brakes consist of 110 Tons of bending force to bend parts up to 120” in length.
We use electric servo driven press brakes for extreme accuracy and efficiency.
Sometimes designs require the material to bend back onto itself. When that happens, a horizontal press brake machine is the right tool for the job.
Our Euromac DigiBend 400 CNC machine provides 45 Tons of bending power.
We invest in the best bending technology to provide you the best quality, on-time and in budget.
In years past, metal bending required operators with years of experience and had long setup times for new jobs and new parts.
This is not the case anymore.
Once you have selected a material and determined the size of your part, it's time to create a design using CAD (and we can help with this, if needed). Once we import your CAD file into our press brake program, it allows us to check how much clamping pressure is required for each bend and set up tooling accordingly.
The press brake is a machine that is used to make sheet metal bends. The process involves pressing a punch through a die, which in turn pushes the material against the bend radius of the die. You can use this process for simple or complex bends, depending on your project.
We then focus on making sure that the right tooling is set up and review the punch and die clearance.
Tooling is the set of dies that are placed into a press brake to form metal. The punch is the part that comes in contact with the metal to create your bend. The position or angle at which these two components meet determines where and how much material will be removed from your workpiece.
Once all this is set up, we move onto the process of bending your parts...
We operate a SafanDarley E-Brake 100-3100. Here are some of the benefits and features of our machine:
Maximum thickness and lengths varies by material and radius of bends. Reach out to us with your questions to discuss and confirm manufacturability.
